At Bracket 4 the deck adds real combos: Deadeye Navigator with Peregrine Drake or Palinchron makes infinite mana and infinite blinks, so T'Pol stuns, Man-o'-War bounces and Agent of Treachery steals every permanent on the table. Compared to Bracket 3 it plays fast mana (Mana Vault, Chrome Mox, Ancient Tomb), Displacer Kitten and Consecrated Sphinx as engines, and a full free-counter suite with Force of Will, Fierce Guardianship, Pact of Negation, Mana Drain and An Offer You Can't Refuse. Mystic Remora and Snapcaster Mage keep the cards flowing. Weaknesses: Torpor Orb, Hushbringer and creature removal on the blink engines slow the deck down a lot. Target play level: optimized high-power pods.
