At Bracket 4 the Thopter engine turns on by turn three and survives the answer. In: Ancient Tomb, Urza's Saga, Flagstones of Trokair, Teferi's Protection, Enlightened Tutor, Mother of Runes, Grand Abolisher, Elspeth Resplendent, Nettlecyst and Mask of Memory. Out: Precinct Captain, Hanged Executioner, Geist-Honored Monk, Serra Ascendant, Intangible Virtue, Glorious Anthem, Thopter Assembly and three Plains. Urza's Saga deserves a special mention here: it tutors Sensei's Divining Top directly, which is the card the whole deck is built around, and it makes Construct tokens that scale with the artifact count. Weakness: heavy artifact hate turns Saheeli off completely. Target play level: optimized pods, high-power casual.
